The second step if we ordered you hearing instrument is to come in for a second appointment at which time we will deliver you hearing instrument and make any necessary electronic or physical adjustments. Because we have a full lab in our office, we can do much more than most companies without the necessity to send the aid back to the manufacturer. Sometimes we are the manufacturer so everything is done right in our office.
